Artwork/Design constitute of your Brand Logo, product image, SKU information & Statutory/compliance data that is part of your product packaging.

For variable data printing (batch no, MRP, expiry date, barcodes, QR codes refer to Personalization). 

Supported file formats: .EPF, .PDF, .AI, .PNG, .JPEG with resolution 300dpi as min. resolution.

Unsupported file formats: .GIF, .DOC, .DOCX, .PPT, .PPTX  

We print the high resolution files(300DPI & up) as uploaded by the customer. We do not make any material changes to the file except orientation to the label size ordered.  

Only .png, .ai, .pdf, .jpeg high resolution (300DPI & Up)files are supported. Incase of upload issues please contact our team for support. 

Once the order is placed, a digital proof of how the labels looks will be sent to you. Changes or customization to existing design will carry an extra charge and may delay production.

Everyones loves free stuff, who doesn't? Can you get free samples of your product logo, art-work and label design, the answer is NO.

What we can give you, is digitally printed labels which are as good as the art-work file uploaded by you. You can check the quality of our labels from our collection of digitally-printed labels.
 

Only one design per label is valid for printing. For multiple designs, each artwork has to be uploaded with respective label sizes & quantity.

As of now, no templates are available for artwork/design creation.  

Follow the steps below for uploading your artwork/Design file :

• Select Size of your label (from available sizes)
• Choose Material Grade (paper/ durable)
• Select Quantity (250, 500, 1000, 2000 pcs
• Choose Finish (Matt or Gloss) Upload your art-work & check-out

Design Preview is reflected only for image types- .JPG & .PNG at the moment.

Due to limited functionality, preview of Design files with file type- .EPF, .PDF, .AI are not reflected at the time of upload. We suggest you to double check files with these file types before upload. However, once your design file gets uploaded, you can see the indication 'Design File Uploaded'.

Basic artwork/design file with Logo is mandatory and required for any design assistance.

Do's for Design Assistance: 

• Background colors can be altered or added. 
• Green dot/ Red dots for food labels. 
• Company tag lines can be added. 
• Address/ contact information can be updated. 

Don’ts for Design Assistance: 

• Logo files cannot be created from scratch. 
• Third party logos cannot be duplicated. 
• Design elements like holograms, embossing etc. cannot be provided.

Please note that artwork file will be shared only in .png/.jpg format for approval.

CMYK is the most commonly used digital color printing process. This is referred to as a 4 color printing process, and it can produce over 16,000 different color combinations. We print labels in CMYK spectrum on white label materials. Life like colors and images can be printed through digital format. 

Personalization refers to Customizing your existing Brand labels, it could be adding a unique image, relevant message or variable information like Barcodes, custom QR codes. Brand owners can design personalized labels for prototypes, seasonal products, and exclusive small batches where each label is unique.

Yes, we can print static or unique QR code on labels.

We currently offer labels in three materials i.e. Paper (Economical), PP-film (Premium), & Clear (made on request, only available for custom orders) materials. Paper & PP-film labels comes in both, Matt & Gloss finishes.

We now offer Any-shape labels for all the custom size requirements.  

We offer a wide variety of stock die-cut sizes (circle, square, rectangle) commonly used in packaging. Please select from the standard portfolio available.

If you can't find the right size, please check our Any-shape labels or send us your inquiry on our email- contact@dinolabeldigital.com. 

We offer labels with permanent adhesive strength suitable for commonly used packaging substrates and materials (paper, corrugation, glass & plastics). Labels come with shelf like of 1yr (conditional to good storage conditions).

We deliver printed die-cut labels in Roll form only for easy dispensing. 

Follow the steps below to create a new account.

1. Go to Home Page, click on Login icon.
2. Click on Create Account. 
3. Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email ID, & password that you would like to set for this account.
4. Click on Create.
5. Click on 'I am not a robot' and then on Submit.

Your Account is successfully created. Use the email ID and password set before to login.

Login to your existing account or create a new account.

1. Choose your labels as per your label shape, category, or packaging.
2. Select your label size, type, quantity and finish.
3. Upload a high-resolution art-work
4. Checkout and pay for your labels.
5. Digital proof will be sent on how artwork/design file looks like in the label size ordered.
6. On approval, labels will be printed & shipped.

We generally respond within 2 hours on weekdays (Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6.30 PM). In case of any delays, we will reach out to you within next 24-36 hours, of receiving your inquiry. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer return/exchange on custom printed orders. These are digitally printed labels which are as good as the art-work file uploaded by you.

In case we are unable to service or execute your order, refund process to your original payment account would be processed from our side.

Once your order is shipped, e-mail will be sent with the invoice & docket information. 

1. Visit your Email Inbox and look for the Shipment email. 
2. Open the email and look for Delivery tracking number below 'View our store button'.

Follow the steps below to re-order labels.

1. Login to your account and go to My Account. 
2. Below the Order History Table, you will see list of all your past order information. Click on 'Reorder' in the corresponding order row, which you would like to re-order.
3. On the 'Select products to Reorder' window, check whether all your products are still available. If not, then delete items when are unavailable. Enter specific instructions (if any) that you would like us to take care off while printing.
4. Click on Reorder & Checkout.
5. On the Checkout page, check your Contact Information and Shipping Address.
6. Click on Continue to shipping, and proceed with Checkout & Payment Process.

We offer Razor Pay payment gateway. Read about the Supported Payment Methods by Razorpay. 

We do not offer COD services.

Our standard turnaround time is within 24-48hrs after the final proof is approved. Courier shipping & delivery time will vary as per your location. In case of any delays, we will reach out to you with updated information. 

We can print and cut the labels into any shape you choose.

1. Go to Labels > Labels By Shape > Any-shape Labels.
2. Select your label size, type, quantity and finish.
3. Upload a high-resolution art-work in your shape. In case you don't have file in that particular shape, send us your customization request on our email- contact@dinolabeldigital.com.
4. Checkout and pay for your labels.
5. Digital proof will be sent on how artwork/design file looks like in the label size ordered.
6. On approval, labels will be printed & shipped. 

We currently offer 3 common shapes (Circle, Square, Rectangle), as well as custom shape labels cut to any shape you choose.

All labels can be ordered in any size between 1" and 8” (for both height and width). For other sizes, please send us your request here. 

Currently we provide labels in 250 pcs, 500 pcs, 1000 pcs and 2000 pcs.

Water activated tape comprises of Kraft paper with a starch-based adhesive. The starch-based adhesive becomes sticky when moistened. Water activated tape is often used for closing and sealing boxes. 

WAT tape is recyclable with the carton it is applied on. Cartons are one of the most widely recycled packaging products in use today. When you use WAT tape to seal the carton, the paper from the tape contributes to the recycling stream with the corrugate box.

Yes, the WAT tapes can be customised with your Logo. It will not only help seal the package but

also advertise your company and product.

A one time design fee @999 is applicable only on your first order of customised WAT tapes.

To begin with Logos can be printed in Black colour only.

Use paper tapes to seal lightweight or standard sized packages or cartons that will be shipped in unitized loads or full pallets.
